I was very quickly attended and the receptionists help me finalise my transfer from my previous GP to this one, making the process smooth. I booked an appointment for the same day and upon returning for my appointment, I was seen after only 5mins of waiting.

The practitioner was helpful and listened to my concerns, and was able to schedule some tests. I returned the following morning and Rufina took my tests. She was kind and attentive, and very assuring.

Lovely practice!

I’ve been seeing Dr Nina at the Covent Garden medical centre for years and I cannot recommend him enough for his brilliant work and professionalism.

The practice is located at the heart of London and the staff is also lovely.

My partner and son also visits them and they’re are well looked after. Thank you so much for looking after our dental health!

This is a repeat review due to some typos on my previous review ( do not buy honor mobile phones as they have typing malfunction).

Anyway, the essence of my review is that I was petrified of attending the dental service. But having knowledge of the numerous awards c.g.d.p had received, I was less nervous. Then selecting Joana as my dentist, as she has decades of expertise, my apprehension was further removed. Then undergoing the first session with her - the care, experience, consideration, support, etc that Joana provided made me a permanent patient. I would recommend anyone to choose covent garden dental practice and Joana especially.

Inexcusable Negligence and Heartless Service at Covent Garden Medical Center

I had an incredibly distressing experience with Covent Garden Medical Center today. I called at 8 a.m. requesting an emergency appointment for my child, who had been ill for nearly two weeks and developed a high fever this morning. They scheduled us for 11:20 a.m., and I had to take a taxi because my child is ill. despite heavy traffic, we arrived only 6 minutes late.

Upon arrival, the receptionist informed us after searching on her computer that our appointment had been canceled because we were late for more than ten minutes. I showed her my phone, which confirmed it was then only 11:27. Despite my argument that NHS guidelines says 10min or more delay is missed appointment, she refused to help. The GP also refused to see us, claiming we were too late.

The clinic was empty, with no other patients in the waiting area, and only two staff members at the reception. I argued that, given the lack of patients and the fact that we were only six minutes late, this refusal was unacceptable, especially since it was an emergency appointment for a child.

The staff became very argumentative and aggressive at me. Eventually, under pressure, the GP reluctantly agreed to see my son. After we left, the practice manager called me, using threatening language and informing me that my entire family would be deregistered from the practice as a result.

This level of negligence, unprofessionalism, and lack of compassion is shocking and unacceptable. I will be taking my complaint to the Ombudsman Service and seeking legal advice. Avoid this practice at all costs if you value compassionate and professional medical care.

The GPs , admin staff and nurses are beyond amazing . Fast at answering enquiries . The pharmacist calls regularly to see how medication is working out . One reason I wouldn’t move out of this catchment area is for this practice . Super fast , super caring thank you

dreadful experience - no care or kindness, Dr actually told me how much she is being paid a year for my care (care is a very loose word to use) - too many issues to list but they should be reported for this behaviour, it is nothing to do with 'cuts or shortages' - it is 4 part time GPs covering 5 days - that is just not going to work. Would be better if they cared - they don't, will palm you off to the walk in centre or private system very quickly. The GP can keep you waiting for 20 mins but you are not allowed to take 'notes' as this is seen as more than one issue but will spend time on a rant - does not read patient's notes, if I want to speak I have to make an appointment - in two weeks. It is all so distressing and depressing - they don't want the system to work, they just want to complain about 'their lot' - need to work more then 2 half days a week maybe if this is your vocation.

Our health comes in first place and the appointment with our GP it's the most important meeting in our lives. Today was appalled by the poor and cold service of my 10 minutes, yes 10 miserable minutes, appointment and you only can say one issue. Unhuman, automatic, not caring. Feeling mistreated, neglected and that the GP wanted to get rid of you as soon as possible. NHS is terrible as the time goes by. I get more attention at the Pharmacy and better advice. Feeling very sad.

This doctor’s surgery is simply amazing, I’ve been a patient for over a year now and I’m astounded at how much better it is than my previous NHS practice in Chelsea, it’s incomparable. This surgery should stand as a blue print for all National Health GP surgeries . The receptionist is beyond friendly and informative and the doctors and nurses are sublime . I feel like I’m dealing with a private practice whenever I deal with them, they are actually a lot better than a lot of private practices too! Well done everyone . 10/10
