We had the best hour with Cheryl on a mindful forest walk, with a short meditation session at the end. We all learnt so many techniques and tips on how to deal with stress which I will definitely use in the future. I couldn’t recommend Cheryl enough, she tailored her approach perfectly to our group and even my friend who isn’t into meditation etc enjoyed herself. I will definitely be booking in with Cheryl again!

I went to Cosmic Teapot for a private retreat and it was the most amazing experience. Cheryl is a wonderful practitioner and provided such a safe and nurturing space. I got so much out of the coaching and the physical treatments, and enjoyed quiet time in the lovely cabin, the hot tub, and walking in the beautiful forest nearby. Managed to grab an opportunity and spend a fabulous couple of hours at the delightfully named Cosmic Teapot, Cheryl was a delightful host with so much positive energy.
The pool is small but perfectly formed, the sauna was well very hot as you would expect and sat in the hot tub with powerful jets looking at a blue sky was way better than being in the office on a March afternoon! I can just imagine being there on a starry night as being the only way for it to be better!
The location is delightfully secluded and very private, just perfect for clearing the head of any troubles and refreshing the body.

Cheryl worked her magic, and I don't say that lightly, on me during a retreat weekend this weekend. Her knowledge and wisdom in all things well being is extraordinary and she passes that on in such a gentle loving way, Even through the rather intense deep tissue work she did where I wanted to scream in pain I still felt her love and healing hands coming through! Cosmic Teapot is an oasis of calm in an otherwise, busy life! And the opportunity to have private and exclusive use of pool, hot tub and sauna is priceless.

I've been looking for a quiet space like this for years, as I don't like crowds, so Cosmic Teapot is the answer to my prayers. The owner is lovely - she offers the right balance of care and attention, but doesn't get in the way. Once she knows your needs have been met, she leaves you alone to enjoy the facilities.

Cosmic Teapot has now become somewhere my family and I regularly visit to enjoy quality time together. Next on my list is to try one of their massages 😉

Wonderful 2 hours spent at the Cosmic Teapot with my 2 grandchildren, using pool,sauna and hot tub. So nice to have exclusive use. Will definitely be going regularly and trying out some of the treatments.
