Extremely rude male receptionist who refused to put me through to a manager to complain about his poor customer service. One of the female GP’s also extremely rude, She made a judgemental comment and shook her head at me for following the advice of 111 and making a GP appointment. Only just registered with this surgery and have had a terrible experience so far.

I am super impressed by how the service has improved at this Practice. Whoever used to work there with a really negative attitude is no longer there and I have been dealing with Hailey from front desk/admin team and she has been extremely helpful for a while now. Also, Dr Aksa, is an absolute gem. Super gentle and understanding. There are other doctors at the practice that do not have the same attitude unfortunately, but I am very relieved to have been handled by such a humane and amazing GP.

My worst experience with with a surgery. Its almost impossible to book an appointment even for children under 5. And when you get an appointment(telephone one) the GP is sometimes rude or used rude words and discriminating ones as well. Not recommended at all. They really need improvements loads of efforts with the way they are communicating

I have been with this doctors when it was in audenshaw and ever since we moved to this bigger doctors it’s awful! Twice in 2 weeks I’ve called and been told “there’s no doctors in” I was on hold for 45 minutes to be told no emergency appointments as there is no doctor… what happened to family doctors? Now I’m having to go to a walk in centre to get medication, after 27 years at this practise I will now be moving

The people who answers the phone who came from an Asian back ground not the white people they don't do their jobs properly.
