I've had nothing but extremely positive interactions with the wonderful staff at Cogges surgery. They have been incredibly helpful, always happy to help and polite over the phone, and the nurses and GPS I've seen have also been extremely friendly and helpful. The receptionist team are such an asset to the surgery, always go above and beyond to support me when there may be an issue with my repeat prescriptions or appointments. Thank you Cogges!

No regard for patients' time. They like to send reminders but don't advise if they're running extremely late (50+ mins). No apology either. Could bump up to 2 stars if they started doing that.
