Great little pharmacy connected to a Gp Surgery. However, it may have been the time of day. A queue and wait for about 25 minutes to collect prescriptions. Staff are, however, friendly. Space is small but resonably stocked. Service could be a bit better, but as I said may have been the time of day.

Pharmacies are never a "good experience" but this one actively annoys me. The inside is always cluttered and messy, staff generally haven't been that helpful, there are always queues that take AGES to disperse, and their opening hours are annoying. The hour long lunchtime closure (1pm to 2pm, I think) is not posted anywhere online - they just stuck a printed notice half-heartedly on the door, which is pretty annoying if you go try to down there on your own lunch break & see that (according to Google) they should be open.

The only reason I've ever gone here is because it's right next to the GP surgery and even then I've been annoyed.

I have just came into the pharmacy to ask about a repeat prescription as it's not something I'm familiar with. The woman behind the counter was extremely rude and abrupt. I get that you're busy, but lots of people are unwell and waiting on medication, there is no need to have this attitude when in a customer facing role. What a disgrace.

disgracefully managed and run chemist went to collect my prescription owed and the lady just kept walking past it to serve other people, they persistently keep losing my prescriptions, an absolute waste of space.

I had a quite good experience. They had the Meds I needed and I got there at the right time with no que. During peek times is very busy and could be a large que.
