I recently had a copper coil fitted at Clarewell Clinics, carried out by the lovely team of Julie and Bonnie.

Upon arrival i was greeted warmly by Bonnie and immediately felt at ease before heading into my consultation with Julie who was a true professional and took the time to explain the entire procedure in detail, answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns I had. Her knowledge and expertise were evident, allowing me to feel confident in her care.

During the fitment process Julie guided me through each step, ensuring I was comfortable and informed throughout whilst Bonnie provided support and encouragement, which helped ease any anxiety i had.

I cannot recommend Clarewell Clinics enough, Julie and Bonnie make a fantastic team and their approach not only made the procedure manageable but also left me feeling supported and cared for post-fitment.

I had an appointment with Julie for a Kyleena fitting and having felt very nervous going in she put me at ease straight away. I went down a rabbit hole of watching reviews online and as a result made myself very anxious going in. Having spoken to Julie about my apprehensions, she reassured me and took her time to explain everything. When it came to the procedure, she was speaking me through it all and making sure I was okay throughout, I also had Bonnie on my side, again, making sure I was okay and being a hand to hold. Thank you Julie and Bonnie for making a nerving experience a good one!

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Julie. Following a rather distressing experience in the past, I had been very anxious about having my implant removed, to the extent that I delayed the procedure for over a year. Julie's kindness and patience were incredibly reassuring throughout the process. Her friendly demeanor made me feel much more at ease. She ensured my arm was completely numb, and before I realised it, the implant was out, and my arm was stitched. Julie truly is an asset to the clinic.

Additionally, although I didn’t catch her name, the lady at the reception desk was warm and welcoming, which contributed to a pleasant visit. From the initial booking process to the completion of my appointment, the communication and care from Clarewell Clinics have been outstanding. I highly recommend Clarewell Clinics and Julie M. for their exceptional service.

I attended the Clarewell clinic as I was at the end of my tether, peri menopause wise. My Gp wouldn't help me as my bloods were normal and allegedly too young at 43, but I was very symptomatic! I made an appointment with Julie who is a specialist at Clarewell and she was absolutely amazing. Firstly, I had a zoom appointment as I'd broken my foot and couldn't get there, secondly the knowledge that she has, has made me feel overwhelmed as at last I'm being listened too.

I have started HRT and although just the beginning of my journey, it's already working to relieve my symptoms.Julie is highly recommended! If you are like me, get an appointment booked ASAP! Thanks so much.

I rang here yesterday after being told by my doctors it would be a 2/4 month wait for my implant to be removed. (I was desperate for it out due to it making my mental health deteriorate). I phoned up at 10am , and explained my situation and they got me an appointment straight away at 10:30am! I was welcomed nicely and was shown to the room by julie. She was lovely and so polite. She made sure I www comfortable the whole time and took her time with me as I was absolutely terrified (I have a phobia of needles). My experience here was absolutely brilliant, I couldn’t thank Julie more for the experience she gave me. The procedure was explained to me fully before going ahead with it, and I was constantly asked if I was in any pain or needed anything. Julie took her time with me and was so calming and patient which was great for me considering the state I was in. All in all the procedure was painless and I felt very well looked after there. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I’ve been on the NHS waiting list to get my implant removed for the last 4 months as we’re ready to start a family. I finally got fed up of waiting and called Clarewell, I got an appointment a few days later. Julie was amazing, personable and very informative. The appointment was not rushed and very professional, would recommend!
