I wonder the ranking of this spa center is low? I visited this spa center twice and was very satisfied with their services. 1.5 hours anti-aging facial and the eye treatment. It just costed me £63. The staffs over there are very nice. The interior design is not really like a spa but it is clean and spacious. I had experience at another spy center dear Chalfont St. Peter. The environment right there is excellent but it charged me almost double which is much more expensive. And the service is quite mechanism.

Paid for a day pass - Was greeted by a teenager on reception in a Arsenal shirt, gave us one robe between the two of us, both spa showers were out of service, the heated benches broken and the relaxation room was playing thrashy rock music.

Strong 2* All-Inclusive vibes with their decor too - awful.

A very disappointing and overpriced experience. I spent more time at the front desk asking for the facilities to be fixed than I did enjoying the spa. The staff had no clue and asked myself and my friend whether the lights turned on in the Rasa spa area! Immediately asked for a refund which I got. An overpriced experience awaited with the Rasa spa. Rebooked for my usual spa elsewhere for a now delayed friends birthday treat. Utterly embaressing to bring my friend here and have the experience we had.

The “spa” is covered in black mould, the showers have never worked for more than a week and the men’s changing room smells of urine. Plaster breaking off walls it just not maintained at all. This is not a place to relax. It’s a place to get sick

Disappointing spa. Showers with 30 second timers. Foot baths that barely function. The steam room was broken and out of use. The sauna was far too hot, for myself and everyone else I saw during my visit. The only bit that was good was the relaxing room, which is literally a room with sun beds and an aromatherapy lamp.

Avoid at all costs if your pregnant! Me and my sister booked here looking for a relaxed experience - we couldn't make full use of their spa facilities being pregnant but wanted a massage and facial to pamper ourselves before labour. They were messing us around saying 'we only have one massage therapist available for pregnancy here, therefore we can't give you treatments at the same time.' - fine. We decided to pay extra for other treatments so no one was left waiting around. Then they tell us 'oh its an extra £10 for pregnancy massages per person' - doesn't state that anywhere and we were confused so placed a complaint with the manager. The manager contacts us back and tries to resolve it and apologises for the incorrect information (not sure what that was about?) ... then we get a phonecall a week prior to our appointment to tell us that the massage therapist is now off sick long term. It honestly feels like such a wind up - its been such a stressful experience booking with them and more importantly their website is very misleading because they have a section for 'mamas to be' with packages for massages, and yet they don't have the staff to accommodate. I strongly advise that they update their website and remove this because pregnant woman can only book certain places for their massages, and we've now wasted weeks of going back and forth trying to have a pamper session which has resulted in disappointment. We will never be contacting this branch again and would avoid at all costs due to poor lack of customer care.

Very disappointing with very poor customer services. Purchase a voucher for a gift and despite it being valid for a year, a reservation was made (which wasn’t easy with all the restrictions they put in place), then Chiltern Spa had to reschedule but from that moment on they didn’t answer the telephone and even with the many messages that were left they did NOT return any calls and subsequently the voucher has expired. I would not recommend them or use them again.

This is a superb little escape and especially good after the gym with chillout room, sauna, steam room and treatments ‍♀️? aaaand relax!
