Matt is extremely personable and knowledgeable. He’s the only person who understood that despite the fact that I was doing everything right and taking care of my bone on bone knees, implementing every exercise and strategy I could to remain pain free, the only solution would be surgical and 2 knee replacements. He helped me remain active pre surgery which has paid off post surgery and he has made sure that I am well on track to a full recovery during my current rehabilitation of my first of two total knee replacements. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I recently visited Matthew for a persistent pain in my ankle, unsure of the cause. From the outset, Matthew was professional and attentive. He provided a thorough diagnosis and explained the issue in a way that was easy to understand. Matthew then outlined a series of targeted exercises to help alleviate the pain and strengthen my ankle. What stood out most was the clear follow-up plan he established, which provided me with much-needed reassurance about my recovery process. Have recently started physio with Matthew, following quite a serious knee injury. The pre-surgery sessions have really improved my strength and allowed me to live a relatively normal life! I’m now approaching surgery and fatherhood with more confidence. The sessions are informative and effective without being an overload of scientific information, which I really value. He is just so good, efficient, works swiftly and accurately and my trapped nerve in my calf is progressing well and I am not in pain. He is a great communicator, would recommend him highly.

I have had some really good physios attend to my physical needs but Matt is the business!! Backed up by superb videos if exercises ti be dine- which he follows up on!
