Recently completed a six week prenatal class with Em and it was absolutely wonderful! The perfect experience to connect with baby and be surrounded by like minded women in a supportive and caring environment. It was a highlight of my week and the perfect way to wind down; practicing mindfulness and meditation, positions suitable for comfort whilst baby bump grows and during labour, and what I found really crucial were breathing and relaxtion techniques. Just finished a 6 week prenatal yoga course with Em, it was so nice to meet other lovely pregnant women, practice some yoga and relax. Em has such a lovely soothing voice, and also has a theme for each class, letting you express yourself emotionally as well as physically. Thank you Em! X

Central Wellness is a really lovely space. The studio is clean, comfortable and very well-equipped. I've only visited once, but it was the perfect venue for a workshop (which I loved). If I lived closer, I would definitely go along for more yoga practice - everyone I met was really friendly and I felt very welcome. Thank you 🙏🏼

I have had many yoga teachers in my time as well as having worked at many retreats, Wellness centres and alike. I have to say that what Grace has created here in Lincoln is wonderful space, perfectly designed to meet many needs, looking after mind, body and soul. Grace is one of the best yoga teachers I have ever had and I will feel very torn when we come to leave Lincoln as I have come to value my classes very highly. From the beginner to the pro - this is a place for everyone!

I suffered a cycling accident about 5 years ago and hurt my back. Grace's yoga is recovery and injury prevention for me. She is a very down to earth teacher and although most of what do 'tests' me, I love discovering what my body can do and taking it to new places. If you've been thinking about yoga give this class a go.
