I rang over a month in advance to make sure I got an appointment to change my birth control implant and when I rang them to ask where exactly it was on the day of the appointment, they said that it was 20 days later. I have proof that this was not the case but all they said is that I could cancel the appointment but there is nothing I could do. This isn't exceptable. Luckily for me, the day that they put it as is the last day it is effective but I would have issues if it wasn't. Please make sure you tell the people you help the correct date of the appointment as there now needs to be a conversation with a new employer about whether this is still possible for me to attend.

I was terrified of getting my IUD changed due to a traumatic experience fitting my first in a different clinic and the two nurses that helped me change it today couldn’t have been more kind and supportive. I was utterly petrified but they were calming, professional and human throughout the whole process and really ran me through everything and let me guide my own experience so I felt as comfortable as possible. It therefore ended up being a lot smoother and less painful than I was expecting because of them. Thank you so much

Today I had an appointment at Grantham to have my implant removed. The lady who I had my appointment with was so so lovely and really calmed me down. She made me feel really comfortable and she was just overall amazing!

Rang today to make an appointment for a routine test & was spoken to by an unhelpful lady who told me that Lincolnshire are not doing face to face appointments at the moment as they haven't got the capacity! Very poor!

I was really nervous about coming in as it was for a smear test. The time before i went to the doctors and they butchered me. So i was really worried about going for another test, which is why i chose to come here. They were brilliant and really know what they are doing. They reassured me the whole time and there was no pain. i was given an appointment within 1 week of calling, so I'm reallu happy with that. Thank you.

Been calling for days after a partner told me they have something. When I finally got through it was to less than helpful rude reception staff. No wonder the transmitted diseases are so rife. Absolutely rediculous
