A formerly excellent surgery that is now completely in the gutter! Dr Sayed, appalling doctor, made me cry the way she treated me, patient liaison girl, no use at all, practice manager is never available. Dr Sayed refuses to refer me to MKUH instead insisting I go to private provider ‘inhealth’ for MRI, why? because they pay her per referral. Booked telephone appointment before Xmas to speak to a different GP, booking was never made, called again, told another appointment made still no text. Apparently patient liaison is dealing with in excess of 20 complaints per day, no wonder when there’s so much incompetence! Been waiting since November for a referral, it’s an absolute disgrace! I now have no choice but to write to Wes Streeting, Minister for Health, NHSEngland, the GMC & CQC, someone has to do something about this awful practice and soon!

Recently moved into the area and the receptionists are on point. They have time for their callers. and listen. Very happy, that in comparison to some surgeries, and as for the doctors that I have seen, very informative and straight to the point. If I have asked for a referral for my own health they have gone ahead and not decided against, which I think is imperative for a doctor to know that the patient know's its own body whilst maintaining professional perspective.
Must admit I have had to wait for a bit as apps go over time but worth the wait.
but that's due to backlog and understaffed everywhere.
When I have seen doctors, face to face or via phone they take time to listen and talk through whatever it is that your concerned about.
Such an upgrade from previous surgery,
It's good to have a doctor that you can talk to and be held in high regard no biased or judgement.
Recommend this surgery to anyone in the area.

After years of trying to get an appointment and being blown off over the phone I tried to use the online service and, shockingly, got blown off again. Don’t see the point of a doctors surgery who refuses to do they’re job, been registered for over 13 years and still can’t get seen. Receptionist refuses to book appointments at all and just tells you to go the Medical Centre, due to health conditions I can’t do that and explain this but get ignored and told to go anyway. Refuse to even see my daughter either, absolutely disgusting behaviour. Shut this place down, it serves no purpose.

Reception staff are more interested in chatting with each other than helping you and are very, very rude!
I tried to use the online service and, shockingly, but I received SMS Dear Mr Niazai,
We are at full capacity for today and we are very sorry but we are unable to offer you and appointment. If you feel you need urgent medical care, please visit 111.nhs.uk or go to the Urgent Care/Walk-in Centre at the MK Hospital Site. In an emergency please call 999.

CMK medical centre has alway been very good to me. I find their process efficient and easy to use, much better than before. Filling in a form and being able to upload photos to book an appointment is so much better than calling and being on hold.

Yet another GP practice that don't care. Doctors are very bad and useless. They don't do their job properly and yet demand more money. It's better not to have a GP at all.

Reply: what is the point of asking for the reason when all who have reviewed negatively haven't had or seen any improvement in the service. I would be wasting my time telling you. Good luck to you.

Put in a request for urgent meds as their app does not work on my phone. I had no meds at all for some of them. After calling to see if my meds were sent to the chemist at 13:30 I was told I was "better off calling at 4pm". I asked if she could check if my meds were with the doctor. She told me they were and she would mark the request as urgent as I had run out of meds completely.
This was also done on speaker phone in front of several witnesses. I was assured by the receptionist that the request was marked urgent. It was not until I got off the phone that someone advised me that the receptionist did not take my name, dob, or address or postcode.
I called back at 4pm as I was told to, and the surgery closed at 14:30 for staff training! The receptionist was rude, abrupt and condescending!

Hello,

Complaint about the receptionist.

I just want to say that doctors in CMK are amazing, however, receptions need to be more professional. I received a letter that I need to confirm and prove my address after 10 years of service, just to be sure that I still live in this area. I came twice with doc because the bank statement was not good enough and I brought a water bill doc. The receptionist, a young lady, just looked at my doc, checked the system said everything was ok and gave me back my doc. She did not even make a note or copy of my doc. I asked her if she needed a copy, and she said not, it's okay. She was probably a little bit busy chatting with a colleague but it's okay, I don't mind if people still do a job properly.
One day when I required a doctor's appointment, the receptionist informed me that I was no longer a patient of this clinic. After 10 years of service, all history is gone and I need again go through the registration as a new client. Came with the proof document in May and found out that I am no longer a client in August. I have not even received an informing letter that CMK removed me from the system.
Please, provide proper training for new starters.
