An amazing team in Hull. They cared for my mum for 12 months, visiting each day to help her with food and to give her a bit of company. Staff were very professional and friendly. Induction Training

Yesterday marks the completion of my Induction training at Caremark Hull, and I felt compelled to share my overall experience, especially highlighting the medication training component. Terrible company, came to my home 3 times,first time to sit with me whilst partner went to a funeral,carer was told she could leave at 12 midday she was still sat in my home until 13.30 'waiting' for her lift expecting me to pay her Then yesterday (Wednesday) same carer came to give me a bed bath,was due at 10.30 didn't arrive until nearly 11 am ,was meant to be picked up at 12,it was almost 14.00 when she left,expecting me to pay yet again for her not leaving,and it was her bosses leaving her sat in my home,sacked immediately terrible company.....a follow up review I received an invoice from this terrible company and they are trying to over charge me still.disgusting company,even though the carer on 10/06/24 was told to leave at 12 midday and because she sat in my home for a further 90 minutes waiting for a lift? I am being charged by this company until 13.30 disgusting con then on the Wednesday 12/0624 the carer was here for 4 minutes and they are trying to charge me for 2 hours an absolute con and on the Wednesday 19/06/24 I am being charged another 2 hours from 10.30 until 12.30 even though the carer was late didn't arrive until 11 am and was meant to be picked up at 12 they are nothing but a con and the excuse they gave when my partner phoned them....they don't check when carer is actually here? They charge you for rotad hours not the carer being at your home if you use this company beware i would never use them again and would never recommend them to anyone
