Receptionist with the brown short hair so rude and unhelpful I came to the clinic to speak to someone as I was on the verge of throwing up the one with the black short hair dismissed me claiming ‘all the gps were closed’ I explained I didn’t need a gp she cut me off and told me to walk to to urgent care before walking to her car The note on the door said closes at 6pm on Thursday and I came at 5pm?

I have had a good experience with Campus View Medical Centre. Honestly with how the NHS is pressed, I think they are trying their best. My concerns have never been dismissed by the team, and they have really been efficient and supportive throughout pregnancy and postpartum and for my kids. Thank you all so much.

Fabulous GPs, Nurses, HCAs and reception staff. Very polite & helpful receptionists, never have to wait long on the phone, always get an appointment when needed and excellent clinical advice. I can’t fault this surgery.

Cannot fault the service and care that my daughter has received whilst studying at Loughborough university, doctor's have taken the time to call her, even when she's been back home, couldn't ask for more as a mum, really put me at ease. I added a note via a link as my daughter had an exam and they contacted her straight after, prescription ready, and followed up. Nurses and reception staff have always been kind to her. Thank you all so much.

Spoke to Dr Bernardi yesterday, she spent 25 minutes on the phone listening to symptoms and prescribed the required medication. I am completely amazed by the care this practice provides. I rang couple of times and reception team is great, always polite and offered us appointment.

Compared to other GP practices I’ve experienced this one is a godsend. I needed vaccines which I needed ASAP for a holiday and I’d left it a bit late and they made sure to squeeze me in, the nurses and doctors are always so lovely and helpful. Only complaint is when I had an emergency (which turned out to be appendicitis) they said they had no space, even after calling 111 and 111 telling them they had to take me they still didn’t.
