For almost a month, I have been unable to even get a call back. Constantly told no appointments, so call back, and round and round. Everytime I call on the second the lines open to be told the same. I was just 8th in the queue this morning, from opening time, and again told no appointments. How on earth can 8 positions wipe out all appointments. Tried online consultation as advised, and after 10 minutes of form filling!! was told to ring surgery!! Totally disgusted with the service. As far as I remember, the doctors are great!!

I went to the reception to ask about something to do with my family it was very very upsetting and a lovely young lady called Chloe helped me very much just by talking to me she had a bit of a que but I really needed her help and she did help me this was not the first time I spoke to her about a year ago when I lost my dad she helped me then she deserve praise Thankyou Chloe xxxx

No possibility of getting an appointment ever.
Reception don't answer, and the online forms aren't read at all, so no point filling out your symptoms there.

This is the worst Dr surgery I have ever used. Receptionist never answer the phone and the Doctors make you feel like your lying when you finally get a appointment. Avoid if you can.

I have been registered with this surgery for many years, and I wouldn’t want to move anywhere else. Friendly, knowledgable and caring staff, fantastic e-consult available on their website. All NHS services are extremely busy at the moment which does mean longer waits, this isn’t the fault of the surgery and they seem to do their very best with the limited resources they have. Thank you for all you do, I would recommend this surgery.

A number of times my dauther has made appointmentsonly to turn up to be told that there is no appointment on the systom.One time she even had the appointment on papper they give you an still no appointment on the system. Realy bad?

Took nearly 20 minutes for anyone to come and see me at reception (they saw me) just to get my registration paperwork.
Failed to give me my paperwork for patient access or to select my pharmacy, told on the phone this as I couldn't log in, but I wasn't told to bring ID, helpful as I was on my way to the gym so didn't have any.
Took a week to put me on the system, said I'm nearly out of medication, needed it Tuesday the latest as I had enough until Monday (72 working hours as advised).
Thursday, still no prescription!
Staff didn't seem bothered.
