First time seeing Gemma following a recommendation, which didn’t disappoint. Only 3 sessions and I felt so much better, no further appointments needed and Gemma was honest with this rather than trying to get you to come back for unnecessary appointments.Highly recommend!

I have received treatment for the aftermath of a building accident from two members of the team. Several very effective sports massages from Inga and an osteopathic treatment from Gemma when Inga identified a problem which needed Gemma's (successful) input. Highly recommended.

This is my first treatment with an Osteopath and I am amazed how well I was treated . Gemma knows how to put you an ease and explained how the treatment would progress . After three sessions I can feel a big improvement . I will certainly be returning as and when needed and will

First class service. I have used Bure Valley previously about 2.5 years ago and had no hesitation in booking an appointment with them again due to my current hip problem. Gemma diagnosed the issue and then gave treatment all in 30 min session. Follow up session next next week and Gemma has provided with exercises to help the healing.
Would highly recommend this business.

I was pointed to Gemma initially by another physio, who suggested Gemma could offer a better service to me at the time. I have to say I was delighted by the attention and work Gemma put into my recovery, after a shoulder / back problem. The treatment enabled me to succeed in a massive personal challenge, climbing a mountain that no-one else in the world had ever climbed before. I was concerned my injury was going to prevent me from even going, let alone succeeding. At relative short notice Gemma's work, personal treatment and exercises allowed me to achieve my goal.
I have since recommended her to friends and returned myself for treatment on a different injury.

I have been having treatments with Gemma for the last 3 weeks, getting my first appointment was good with a quick response and date arranged.
Gemma has always been very friendly and welcoming and she looked at me as a whole rather than just the problem I thought I had and has consequently found what is causing a lot of my problem. She gives me treatments but also the exercises I need to do to help myself, which together are starting to help.
I would recommend Bure Valley Osteopaths if you need any help with back and neck problems.
