If I could give 10 stars I would! Accompanied my Mum for a test and to choose new frames. Our first visit here (after years of using the well known high street optician). Lovely warm welcome and super staff. If only we had discovered Bulkington Eye Clinic sooner!
Kirpal went above and beyond. He was so professional, exceptionally kind and caring. He took the time to understand and address Mum’s needs and explained everything.
We are extremely happy and would highly recommend. Thank you so much.

Had an excellent experience getting my first pair of glasses with Kirpal. Extremely impressed with the care and attention given. I was very concerned about my previous glasses from a well known company and I have to say these glasses are exceptional. They have a much better field of vision in the varifocal range and I can’t fault them. I went to Kirpal for peace of mind, and got just that and more. It was a bit of a distance from Birmingham but well worth it for the service. A great recommendation!

Absolutely outstanding service, my daughter received a very detailed eye examination.
The optician was very friendly and helpful, which was a very different experience that we received from one of the big named opticians, that actually prescribed glasses for my daughter when she didn’t need them.
I will definitely be returning myself when my own site test is due.
All the staff that we dealt with were lovely.
