The phlebotomy nurse was excellent. Very professional and courteous. She deserves a 5 star rating.
Unfortunately my experience with the receptionist was less satisfactory hence my overall rating of 3 ? . When asked to rate a service it would be in everyone's interest to give headings under which different elements of the service could be rated.
The receptionist totally ignored my presence for a good two minutes but was able to attend to another patient whilst I just stood and waited.
I sincerely hope this criticism is conveyed to the manager and to the receptionist in question and appropriate training provided. When someone stands in front of the receptionist all she needs to do is raise her eyes and show some sign of acknowledgement! Is that too much to ask?

Very caring and efficient quick male nurse. I told him i can feel a bit feint when having a blood test and he made sure i felt fine. He showed a lot of skill and experience.

A couple of weeks ago, my wife had a blood test with Caroline Ana. She is so amazing, beautiful, polite, clean and incredibly smart. I was in the same room as my wife when she was doing the blood test, and I saw everything that happened. My wife did not even feel the needle going into her arm - which caused her to be very surprised and happy. Many thanks to Caroline Ana for looking after my wife so professionally! She sets an excellent standard for her other colleagues to follow and so richly deserves promotion in our view.

Excellent service. Understanding staff.
As someone forgot his form and had to go back but staff looked on system if at all possible to fit person in at that date and did . Not easy with all the online bookings. Thank you for your kindness

Bitterly disappointed in the time it took me to get an appointment due to NHS hack. May 24th to Oct 21st I was trying to get an appointments. In any other business which was hacked taking 6 months to return service would be totally unacceptable.

My blood test was carried out by a very polite, courteous nurse in a thoroughly professional manner who is a credit to you.
And I'm pleased to report it was virtually painless I hardly felt anything. In fact I did ask if she had finished!

Easy to sign up and book online with Swiftqueue. Confirmation and reminder messages and emails sent. Able to book appointment at my doctor's surgery which is a short walk from home. I arrived 5 minutes early and was treated immediately. The nurse was friendly and efficient.

The lady was absolutely amazing! The torque had Dracula on it ? which was a nice touch… I’m pretty afraid of needles and blood but I didn’t feel scared or anything as she took my mind off it by talking to me, also she managed to get the blood out of my arm which is very difficult most of the time, so she was a true vampire after all such a lovely service and look forward to coming back again for my next blood test
