I used to feel a deep sense of fear whenever I thought about going to the dentist. However, a couple of years ago, I mustered the courage to finally get my teeth taken care of. I can honestly say that my perspective has completely changed—I no longer feel anxious about visiting my hygienist. Bivina is incredibly kind and patient; she always takes the time to explain everything to me in a way that I can easily understand. She also provides helpful instructions to take home, which really empower me to care for my teeth better. The entire team, from the nurses to the receptionists, is genuinely compassionate and welcoming. Overall, I cannot recommend this dental practice highly enough! I want to also emphasize how modern and spotless the entire surgical facility is.

I recently joined the practice as a private patient. All of the staff are friendly and professional. Megan gave me a thorough check up and Gayathri the hygienist was very patient, kind and professional and took the time to explain to me the best way to take care of my teeth and gums.

Receptionist was v rude insisting I provide my nhs no to book appt even though I'd been registered over 6 years here. It's not something most ppl have immediately. She insisted they no longer held my details but they did actually have all my info. Despite needing an urgent appt for a filling they had fitted, she refused to book me in and told me to find somewhere else or pay private fee. She was v rude in her tone.
