Whether anyone actually reads this is perhaps doubtful but I have tried every other option to try and contact the doctors and DynamicHealth staff who have recently helped my through a very problematic time - and I regret I have failed failed in my quest. Basically I wanted to thank and feed back some positive information to those involved but cannot find anyway of doing it with privacy in mind.
