As a 56 year old lady with severe mental health..I'm under the dr and Petherton Road. I've never spoken to mind ..really needed to talk to someone. Avon abd Wiltshirejust continuestoplaysongs which i cannotbear..otherwiseit a crisisteam who th3n answerand tell youits not an emergencycrisis...soooo glad i rang mind .spoke to a lady Yvonne who was amazing.i went over the time sorry for that but totally put me at ease..really wish I contacted this volunteer service along time ago..thank you Yvonne
