My partner and I were looked after from start to finish when we entered the opticians for our eye sight checkup appointments. We both needed our glasses updated and were helped to find new frames by the friendly and helpful staff.
Everything was explained clearly about the eyesight and eye health checks and all our questions were answered. That's why we always return. Thank you!

The overall experience was very good, however, the machine to check for glaucoma was not working so I will have to go back at a later date for that test. Had the machine been working I would have given a 5 star score. I saw Heather, a lady I have seen before, she is absolutely excellent at customer service, and explains everything that is going to happen throughout your appointment, she deserves 10 out of 10.

Quality of customer service from every member of the staffing team at the Beckenham store, but particularly from the member of staff (who wears a very stylish pair of Versace glasses!) that took care of my daughter and I.

My partner comes her for her eye tests and we erred recently seen and helped by Heather- her customer service is 10/10, she's so kind and patient and deserves some recognition for all the work she puts in. I've actually decided to have my next eye test here purely because of Heather 🙂

I was seen promptly. Staff were friendly and helpful detailing every step of the process during the examination.
After the eye examination, Optician made the cataract removal referral immediately to Spa Medical Hospital as I received a telephone call to schedule an appointment for my cataract surgery the
next day.

I found the whole experience not at all stressful and very pleasant. All three members of staff were friendly and helpful. The optician is the best optician I have ever had. She listened and carried out the examinations needed for my eyes issues. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you.
