I was treated for tennis elbow by Jayde Cabourne. I received excellent treatment, including shockwave therapy and physio-jayde was lovely-friendly and very knowledgeable and approachable and an excellent practitioner. I recommend her if you’re looking for a physio.

I went to Bodyset for a Mummy MOT to regain my strength and fitness. Jayde has been fantastic as a Woman’s Health Physio and has always worked with me to achieve my goals. She has kept our sessions varied and the exercises interesting. She is obviously a very knowledgable physio and I can’t thank her enough for helping me to safely get back into exercise after having a baby.
