Since visiting the clinic last year i have had always good experiences. Dr Martin takes the time to hear my concerns, he takes the time to talk about what can be achieved within the means of looking natural.
His philosophy of always wanting to see patients for follow up makes one feel in safe hands. Reception team also very nice with good customer service

The staff were friendly and helpful. Dr Martin was honest and realistic with his advice and took his time, I never felt rushed. He put me at ease as we talked through my treatment options.

Although I was nervous before my first treatment I needn't have worried. Stacey was brilliant, taking the time to talk me through every part of the procedure. She was warm, reassuring and professional.
The follow up call from Genie the next day to make sure everything was OK was a nice courtesy.

What a great experience at the Nimmo Clinic. Everyone in the office has been great to deal with and very prompt in getting back to me on any communication. Dr. Nimmo is very skilled but also patient, explains things very clearly and not pushy at all. The office is very comfortable and clean. Highly recommend!

I'm so happy I found The Nimmo Clinic for my aesthetic treatments. It's such a lovely, relaxing & professional clinic, and Dr Nimmo and Stacey have been really amazing. Dr Nimmo provided a very thorough consultation and suggested treating my pigmentation using BBL, which Stacey did for me, and it's already produced great results after 1 application. I also now get my Botox injections done by Dr Nimmo (after my last clinic went out of business) and I'm so grateful I found him because he's so great at finding the balance between making your face look natural while eliminating the lines! All the staff are really friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Really welcoming right through from making the initial appointment with Genie to the aftercare call the next day following treatment with Stacy.
Dr Martin explained all my options very clearly and I didn't feel pressured into doing anythingat all.
Stacy talked me through what she was doing all the time which was most helpful.
Looking forward to my follow-up treatments and the end results.

Always look forward to appointments at the Nimmo clinic! Dr Martin as well as all the staff are so friendly and welcoming and excellent at understanding your needs and desired finished results. You are never made to feel pressurised into doing more than you want at the time and all the results are beautifully natural, would never think of ever going anywhere else!
