Contacted their email about advice on what test to get if I had a specific problem. Was told there they basically didn’t know. I then emailed back saying surely there is someone medical there to check being a medical company. They said no! Ridiculous. Wouldn’t trust them at all! More amusing is that I just got sent an email saying “Meet our Health Assessment Specialists” which is absolute tosh. They can’t even answer simple questions about what test might help show what.

I booked a health screening through Bluecrest Medical (recommended by Vitality) and was told it would take place at a “Centre of Excellence.” What I found instead was shocking.
The appointment was held in a co-working office meeting room at Thanet House London, not a clinical setting. I was expected to undress in a glass-fronted office with only partial frosting, while other unrelated businesses were holding meetings nearby.
The person assigned to take my blood introduced himself as a student, working alone with no qualified medical supervision. He was unable to answer basic questions about the consent forms. The environment felt unsafe, unprofessional, and wholly inappropriate for medical procedures.
I declined to proceed. This is not the standard of care, privacy, or safety anyone should expect from a service marketed as a Centre of Excellence.
I have since lodged formal complaints with regulators and have also raised this with Vitality, who endorsed the service.
⚠️ If you are considering booking with Bluecrest, please be aware of where and how these screenings are actually carried out.

Paid £499 for a full MOT 9 days ago and in addition paid another £254 for some extra checks. I have had no results through despite chasing 4 times and the website saying all results are in. Customer services keep saying results can take longer. No one wants to help. Phone calls to chase prove useless.
I also suffered bad bruising where blood was taken which is not usual for me. The person taking the blood was clearly not gentle.
There are many more companies competitively priced which I would recommend above Bluecrest, extremely disappointing experience to date.

We received the service we paid for (for both my parents) which we were all broadly satisfied with. The location was within a building structure, and was a very professional setting, in a very high-end & well-known location in central London.

I’ve done Bluecrest complete assessment twice now and it has always been a pleasurable and easy experience. The nurses have been so friendly and knowledgeable. The report is returned so quickly and it’s really easy to read. I’ll always pick Bluecrest!
