This was the first time I had earwax removed
The process is simple and only takes a short time .A small bore tube is gently placed into the ear and light suction applied.The sound of rushing air is quite loud in the ear and I could also hear the gurgling of the wax being removed having previously softened it with oil drops.The staff were very friendly and explained each step.I will happily return next year.

Was referred here from Specsavers for the water irrigation treatment. This was after having ear wax buildup and hearing problems with my ears after a bad bout of a cold or flu months prior. Booking was easily done online and the staff there were so lovely immediately on arrival and throughout. I didn’t have to wait long, and the lady doing my ear treatment did an ear health check before and after my treatment to make sure everything was looking healthy. While the procedure itself was thorough, provided immediate relief and was quick and painless. Many thanks! Would 100% recommend.

The service provided by Chepstow Hearing Clinic was first class, professional, and friendly. The ear wax removal procedure for both ears took approximately 20 minutes. The building is very accessible in Chepstow with plenty of free parking outside the clinic. I would highly recommend this facility.

Have always had problems with my ears with excessive wax build up. Was referred here and the service is excellent. The lady on reception was very welcoming and helpful and the lady sorting my ear out was fantastic and very patient. Can't speak too highly of them
