Never write reviews but this pharmacist is the best! You just don't get customer serivce like that anymore. Not only helped with travel vaccinations, but was so thorough on my plans making sure I had all the right vaccines & products for my trip and used kindness and comedy to make me feel at ease. It feels like a proper family run business, and Piyush makes you feel like one of the family! Highly recommended will be back for my next trips vaccines!

Absolutely disgusting and disrespectful service as well as racist. Came in for a blood pressure reading as i have been feeling very unwell these past days. Was told by a doctor that if feeling unwell with a pounding headache to go in for a reading. The lady told me there was a charge for this however, there was a sign in big hold writing that says NHS OVER 40 GET A BLOOD PRESSURE READING FOR FREE. She then apparently booked me in and told me to wait. Another lady then came and made an appointment. She then asked when she would be seen and was told that she would be seen before me but she got here after me so how would that make sense. She literally just booked in after i had been sat there for over 30 minutes. Absolutely disgusting service. Wouldn’t even recommend my dog to come here.

Ordered my inhalers on the 9th of October. I was told by the pharmacist they would be ready to collect by Friday. When I arrive to collect them, they were not available to pick up. I was then running back and forth to Elm House Sugery and the pharmacy like a headless chicken trying to find out why they have not been put through. Never really got an answer or an explanation. In the end, I never got my inhalers I will never order from the pharmacy again. I was better off writing out a prescription at Elm House surgery.

All Pharmacies have been under a great deal of pressure with COVID vaccines and offering a full range of health services. This is my chosen one and have found them excellent despite having to deal with multiple issues adding to their daily workload. I would always chose this one above all others around and my situation means I am there a lot more than most. I do not recognise some of the bad reports here and yet I am familiar with all the staff there personally and cannot imagine them being rude or disrespectful. Fully recommend this Pharmacy to all!

Really great pharmacy, so so helpful and informative about everything and also really quick with vaccines (I’m not the biggest fan of needles!), not only great at what they do but also really friendly and funny people!

I took my son here for his 2nd jab and we found the service exceptional. Very friendly and well organised staff. The Chemist and owner of the pharmacy put my 16yr old son at ease and informed us how the vaccine works and we all had a lovely chat about our name being the same as the chemist. We are of no relation as it turns out. We will definitely be coming back to get our boosters.
