This team are AMAZING!!!! in this day and age to find people that actually care is practically impossible but Trev and his team go above and beyond. We broke down passing through and they ordered parts and fixed up our van the same day! Wonderful family atmosphere and I felt totally safe and looked after. Thank you for caring when other garages in the area didn’t want to know!

Chose this garage because of the very good reviews, but sadly the service I received was well below the standard I would have expected. I took my car in for an air-con top up, and ask how long approximately it would take, was told about an hour. I called the garage after an hour and a quarter to be told it wasn't ready. After 2 hours the garage called to say the job couldn't be done because it needed a new compressor, this was the first I had heard this. I went to pick my car up, since they didn't have the part available. As I went towards reception I saw my car being driven round to the front and a guy got out and walked towards me. I queried why it had taken 2 hours to tell me they couldn't do the job. He very quickly got ratty and said " I've got other cars to work on too" and then said that I hadn't had an actual appointment time. I pointed out that I had been asked to bring the car in at 12 noon, to me that is a pretty specific time! The guys name was Mick I believe and being charitable I concluded he'd got out of the wrong side of the bed, but it has definitely put me off using the garage in the future.

Discovered one headlight wasn't working on my 2019 308, and, as I drive often in the dark I needed to get it sorted ASAP. I called Bingham Auto Care who simply said get down straight away and they'd do it. Wow!

Not only did they offer to do the fix immediately, they also swapped the other bulb over to a better, brighter type. All sorted and legal to drive, and the price was very sensible.

I really rate this friendly family run business! Have used them a few times for various repairs on my vw golf and even when I popped in to ask some advice from the son, he was very helpful and really appreciated the time, considering they were busy and a man or two down. Thanks for the knowledgable advice he gave me which really helped me out! Reasonable prices and more importantly a place you can rely on (my car is my pride and joy) and don’t hesitate to use these guys again in the future. Keep up the good work Trevor and family!
