Jeremy provides a safe space for healing. Having never had acupuncture before I was very nervous but he explained everything clearly and the treatments are incredible and provide rapid relief. Although I went initially for pain in my feet I have had extensive treatment for anxiety. Jeremy’s knowledge, kindness and support has been amazing and an important part of my wellness.

A brilliant first experience of acupuncture! What was most impressive about this session was not only the warm, safe and friendly environment, but the knowledge offered. This was not just a treatment, but an overview of how the body works (with so much that I have never considered) with clear take-home exercises.

The acupuncture itself was incredible in its efficacy. I went in with aches and pains, and these were dealt with quickly and swiftly.

I went to see Jeremy when I was in acute pain with my shoulder. I had just had a treatment the day before that had alleviated it and was on a deep journey with the person that helped me to get me through the next steps. I stick with my appointment but was very tentative as I did not want anyone or anything to interfere with the healing journey I had just embarked on. Jeremy was nothing short of incredible in terms of his compassion and intuition in how to help me further. He supplemented the treatment I received and moved me on leaps and bounds in my recovery. Jeremy saw the whole picture, not just my shoulder in isolation and I have been working with him the past 7 months as my journey with him has created stability and calm in my body and mind. It is also an ongoing as things change and emotional states influence the physical and the other way round. Jeremy really listens to what is happening in your life and this for me has been powerful in feeling so heard and understood. Then treating you and meeting you where you are at with a genuine desire to help you.
