During the past 18 months I have visited the practice on many occasions owing to the several instances of the decline in my general health. I can unreservedly say that, without exception, I have found the attitude and willingness to help to be immaculate and this applies to the staff ‘on the desk’, those who assist with the treatment and the doctors themselves. I would recommend the whole practice to anyone.

I filled out the form on the NHS app and was contacted the same day. I filled in the questionnaire from the Dr responding to my request and had an appointment within 48hrs. I was seen at the time of my appointment. The Dr and Trainee were very patient and listened to my concerns. They asked lots of supporting questions. I was very impressed with my appointment ant the Drs approach.

I am so happy with my treatment
Dr Hows fixed my knee really great with the injection. Today is the first day in about 5 years i woke with no pain. He was very professional and very kind in my fear of needles. Taking time to talk to me.

I have always found booking appointments very simple and straight forward via the online system. Reception staff were very helpful via the telephone when I did have to ring with a query. I have been in quite a bit over the past few weeks for various children’s immunisations and the nurses have all been so kind with my children. Had to go in personally yesterday and the nurse Lisa was so friendly and really took the time to listen to me. I left feeling like I was on the path to a resolution. Thank you.

The doctors are great and kind and very efficient
But the receptionist staff are so rude and unhelpful
2 days now I've come across 3 different receptionist and they talk to you like utter crap
When they are spose to listen and help
I feel so invalid when speaking with them on the phone.
They either need some serious training
Or they need to get better understanding staff
Because it's just a joke how they talk to people
Also witnessed rude behaviour from them whilst being in the waiting room
Absolutely disgusting.

I had to take my daughter to the surgery on the 27th of December and she was really quite unwell with a chest infection. The receptionists were both lovely but Dilwyn really was very helpful and caring. I would just like to say thank you for the sympathy she showed and support she gave.

Dr coyne was brilliant. Although my appointment was extremely late I am the type of person who appreciates that delays are unavoidable and am just pleased to get seen. She is.very on the ball and was very helpful

Was able to describe exact symptoms face to face with the Doctor. Feel the diagnosis wouldn't have had the same result as on line, so feel it is imperative to see a Doctor. More face to face appointments required to get correct diagnosis.
