Absolutely appalling. It’s impossible to get an appointment even when ringing from 08:00am as they are at a full capacity and not taking anymore calls. How is this even allowed? The surgery needs more staff to run this place properly ! They have registered way too many people and now can’t deal with the patients. What are really ill people who are in need to see a doctor suppose to do? Terrible!

3 day's in a row to do an appointment and every single day come tomorrow at 8am. At 8:10...

" Now we are very busy ... "
" We have too many people for appointment ... "
" We have xxxx xxxxx (number) people in this surgery ... "
" You need to be here on 7:30am tomorrow (open at 8am) ... "
" What I can do if I don't have days for appointment's left..."

.... but old people and person with kids, stay outside in the line wait for 1hour or more and when you arrive in the receptionist desk, the words are from the top...

I still need to go another day at 8am maybe I will have appointment or to see if I will continue the story and/or maybe more "sweet words"...

!!! Avoid at all costs. I never ever write reviews on Google. The chemist left my elderly grandmother without her monthly prescription and my mother without anti depressants. This is life saving medication she takes 17 tablets a day and you’ve left her without till Monday morning. 48 hours without tablets she so desperately needs. How the hell hasn’t it ‘gone through’ on the system when it’s a god dam monthly prescription!! How the hell can you get away with this. Please don’t go here please find another doctors they is loads in LS9 and surrounding areas. I am in disbelief. Why do professionals not look after the vulnerable better!!! By the way they was never any issues with this chemist for the 20+ year we’ve been using them until they moved from harehills lane to inside the surgery itself.
I will be taking this further… read this and use your brain. Go somewhere else.

Aboustley poor service, my partner went to a private gp as you can never get an appointment to see anyone, Bellbrooke surgery say ring back at 8am. He works different shifts everyday. He had tried for over 30 mins and just got rejected and not even put in the queue. Alot of people do not sit at home all day!. The private GP advised my partner he needed blood test and to arrange with his surgery as they didnt have the facilities to do this. My partner just spoke to someone from bellbrooke called sharon who was very rude and snotty on the phone and point blank refused to help. Partner phoned back to book appointment...guess what...phone back at 8am. This is an absolutle joke of a GP surgery can't get to see a gp or nurse when you need to and the absolutley disgusting attitude of the receptionists who work there. Avoid at all costs

I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others about this medical practice. Please avoid Bellbrooke Surgery at all costs! They seem to make every effort to discourage appointments, primarily due to the reception staff. Whenever I reach out, they redirect me to the pharmacy or suggest calling back the next day for an appointment. I've informed the reception that I've attempted to call 19 times without a response, and an elderly staff member with dark hair on reception advised me to keep trying until I get through. The customer service here is appalling! I urge you to steer clear of this practice if you don’t want to feel treated poorly. THEY JUST DON'T CARE ! It’s disheartening to see Bellbrooke Surgery with a mere 1.9 stars on Google Reviews, and it seems to be getting worse. Don’t you want to improve, or do you simply not care about being one of the worst medical centers in Leeds?

Can never get an appointment. I work full time, can’t ring at 8 to get an appointment and whenever you ring later you get the same snotty response from reception to ring back at 8. Not quite sure they understand that not all their patients sit at home all day.

Absolute appalling trying to get an appointment when you work .how can u.phone at 8 if you work 🤔 some nice receptionists but some are really un helpful
