My wife fully accepts she had made an error not completing last click booking Babbington for a blood test. On arrival dispite no one else there the receptionist could not have been more negative or unhelpful to re-book and sort it.
We have just made the 24 mile round trip, sorry Gretta, to get a blood test at Matlock, very helpful, lovely lady.

Had my Covid 19 vaccination here. Everything was so well organised. All the volunteers were polite and friendly.
Everything was completed from start to finish in 30 minutes which included the 15 minutes wait after the jab.

A well laid out and easy to navigate hospital with clear signage and ample parking spaces, the staff here go out of their way to make you feel at ease. I recently attended for a routine blood test and found the whole experience not in the least stressful.

The Babington Hospital for a covid vaccine was brilliant. From arriving at the South entrance, it took less than 10 minutes, to park, walk to the site, book in and get the AstraZeneca covid jab.
All the staff and volunteers helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Very impressed.
