It has taken me awhile to leave this review, because I was embarrassed about seeking help for anxiety… overthinking and what I believe was pts . But how do others get help if you don’t pass on , I had 5 sessions with Rose and she has helped me … I think more than she will ever know . We talked things through, I’ve learnt methods of dealing with what I’ve been going through , she has guided me through meditation. We have talked about ways of thinking , which I thought were just my ways …but they are not …lots of people go through this mind set . I have had 5 sessions with Rose , the room Rose uses for the session …I found to be so calming, a safe haven feeling as soon as you enter . Rose is very knowledgable and kind , I feel she has a genuine warmth and empathy….. and came in to my life when she was really needed….. thanks for everything Rose .
