Usually excellent service. However they take a very long time to answer the phone. I've been into the property so many times and it's now exactly a huge warehouse. In fact it's tiny so why can't they answer the phone.

Was told medication would be in on Thursday, but it wasn’t. Told to come Saturday instead. Went again and wasn’t in. 2 wasted trips, no apology or understanding at the frustration of being without needed medication in the run up to Christmas. Told me they’ll call me Monday to give an update. Let’s hope they can be bothered to do it.

Two issues with them, otherwise it would be a 4 or even 5 star review. I have , in the 5 years I have been using them regularly, almost never seen the same pharmacist there twice. Often the pharmacist will be someone whose command of English is worse than mine! I am sure they are quite competent but I feel a long year serving Pharmacist is a safety feature-for all our safeties! A pharmacist who *knows* his 'town' will pick up on anomalies that some 'drive by' fresh-from-pharmacy college non-native English speaker has no chance of seeing. 2. The other problem is their supplier. I have lost count of how many times they have told me they can't get a common medication in , yet other chemists in the area know of no 'manufacturing stop' and such like.

i am a disabled lady and went into the shop 3 days ago the staff there especially the manager i assume blond hair lady all stood there and laughed at me while i was waiting on my walking stick for my medicines thre was 3 of them that done this because a male customer assumed i was pushing in i said and done nothing and the customer and staff laughed when i said i will call the police for the abuse the male customer gave me he was in my face and shouting at me you are not deaf i wear hearing aids i have now changed the chemist and have reported them all to head office this is disgusting the way in which unwell people are treated by shop staff were see whos laughing soon when you lose all your jobs in lloyds chemist in aylsham norfolk market place bewarer of the unhelpfulness of the shop staff this is not allowed to go on
