Had the kenalog 40. Triamcinolone is a glucocorticoid used to treat certain skin diseases, allergies, and rheumatic disorders among others. It is also used to prevent worsening of asthma and COPD. It can be taken in various ways including by mouth, injection into a muscle, and inhalation.

•HAD TO TAKE TO COURT TO OBTAIN A REFUND•
I have absolutely no idea where to start! Jan 2023 I signed up to a Qualifi L5 course - from the moment I signed up I knew it wasn’t great but nevertheless the qual was pretty newish. Tutors came and went quicker than traffic lights changed from red to green, staffing for these courses was an issue - to the point you’d see ads on socials/whatsapp groups asking for tutors, & IQAs! - I don’t doubt the struggle and I don’t doubt the work that was involved for a centre to competently carry out these qualifications and for this centre is was a complete FAIL!

Work was lost? Or was it taken? (As some messages suggested) then we were left high and dry - no work no money!

Cutting a long story short - QUALIFI and the centre broke the relationship of working together meaning students can now no longer carry on completing the courses with this “academy” however if work is all complete you can wait until they get in touch - however I felt a little “uneasy” about all of this and the fact there was a group of us experiencing the exact same scenario - so I contacted the awarding body QUALIFI - to my surprise I was NEVER even registered with them as a student for the Level 5 or anything for that matter!

I contacted the owner Sam on multiple occasions throughout this shameless show of events and I was extremely sympathetic everytime as she explained she had spent so much on tutors, staffing and it was them, she’s done all she can. I even looking back was almost forced into taking the blame yet this is not my doing! This is full responsibility of the owner NOT BEING ABLE TO fulfil her duty to supply and support her students to successfully gain the qualification.

This resulted me (after requesting a refund) in raising a “Small Court Claim” going through the channels each time Sam refusing to believe she had done anything wrong, even reaching the Mediation Stage - she stated “I don’t wish to mediate” costing me further money to escalate to court! Of course I did - I had to because I knew what what right.

On 26/03/2025 we had our day in Court - and finally I got Justice! The judge was able to use my 94 + 1 transcript pages of evidence in a court of law - and YES, I - ME was the VICTIM and Sam was Ordered to pay me back my money along with ALL COURT FEES within 21 days! This was in line with a breach of Consumer Law.

I knew - I knew in my heart that the group of us cannot be left with absolutely nothing! It’s immoral, irresponsible and now with a court ruling against the law!

I am so glad it’s over with I really am - always stand up for what you believe is RIGHT!
Ready for my next chapter this book was really not for me

Not even one star worthy it’s an absolute shambles. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I’m out of pocket a massive amount of money as are a large group of us students because of these lot! But you’ll see the manager Sam post her videos on social media channels (especially TikTok) about how many countries her kids have travelled (yes all on students money because she was thrown off the accrediting body so no longer able to teach or provide certain courses (the regulated ones with qualifi) leading a whole load of students massively out of pocket. But don’t worry keep bragging on the ridiculous videos about countries traveled with no conscience whatsoever. It’s shameful. I would never go near this place again nor recommend them after such an experience. And the pharmacy is no better selling the profhilo (just one item I know of) from imports from abroad rather than using the correct channels. Suppose it’s all about the money. Disgusted, angry and upset.

Just back home from the advanced training with the AMAZING Sharron! By far the best training I’ve had and felt that she made sure I had done everything enough times to feel 100% confident and answered all my questions honestly and thoroughly! All staff were so friendly and on the first day I had got myself lost trying to find the academy and Bev stayed on the phone and directed me! Definitely worth the long journey and will definitely be booking onto more courses in the near future! Thank you to everyone at ASK!!

Here I am, happy being a student of ask aesthetics…. Little did I know what was coming. Signed up to level 4 qualifi course and mid way through was sent an email saying your course is no longer my responsibility. Not the most professional way of dealing with students or a business.

Speak to the education body Qualifi and don’t contact me again as it not my problem!! Thousands of pounds handed over and told to do one with no direction/no refund/ no sorry. Not only am I mega out of pocket with no qualification but there are at least 30 students I know Sam has done this too !!! To add salt to the wound, she has played the victim of being bullied!! All the while I see her spend our hard earned money on herself and pretend to be going under while opening up more ventures to avoid anyone that wishes to take her to court. Even more frustrating is that I find out all the work I did is not recorded or submitted and so if I wish to do this course I would have to do it all over again!!! Disappointed, angry and frustrated don’t come close. Clearly I’ll never use them again and if anyone asks…. I’ll be telling them the truth

Ive been using this pharmacy for quite a while now, always a fantastic service, super speedy delivery.......
I felt the need to leave a review because I had an issue with a delivery from the pharmacy, where DPD had not turned up.

I spoke to Abu at the pharmacy who really went out of his way to rectify the situation.

So I just wanted to give him a shout out to say thank you for going the extra mile.

I would highly recommend these guys......
