It is 2 years and six months since Aroma care looked after my elderly parents in their last stages of life. I still think of how kind, dedicated and hard working they were. Amazing people, doing a demanding job. They have my parents loving care. They so deserve to be thanked and honoured. Kate

I am absolutely disgusted in this company
A service user was out on there own distressed upset and angry out in the public

As I use to be a support worker myself i was trying to help her she has said that armoa care was the company was who support her

after calling the company and talking to receptionist she new who this lady was before even saying what has happened as she could here her and her shouting and crying and was told what dose she want us to do we only care for her

I have worked in the care industry for over 15 years and this is absolutely disgusting

I was asked why we let her walk into a public shop and to deal with it to the point she put the phone down on me

I am a member of the public trying to help this VULNERABLE LADY and to be treated like that
How do they treat there service users

I’m absolutely gobsmacked at how this so called care company is still even running I will be informing cqc and putting it over social media to warn people and there family members who are getting care from the company

After 3 hours of trying to calm her down and calling her the mental health team I personally walked her to the doctors so she could get the help she needed !!!!!!!
Something that this care company SHOULD Have DONE !!!!!!!!

This company needs to be closed down it’s absolutely disgusting

Great service and approachability.
Even though due to shortage of staff they are no longer able to do my area, they are still giving us amazing care until a replacement is found.. I also need to give a shout out to Simi for the kindness and gentleness showed to my mum.

If I could give less I would. Forgot my mums tablets. Which ran out. Failed to collect them the following morning after I phoned them and left a written note. Am reporting them to the the ccq.avoid at all costs
