Dignity Carers

Dignity Carers, Warwickshire Living, looked after my father following his stroke for almost three years. The team were excellent with friendly and obliging carers. A very detailed care plan was produced and the team went out of their way to provide quality care and to 'go the extra mile'. Indeed carers became 'part of the family'. Issues that arose were promptly dealt with in a professional way and there was excellent management. My father enjoyed the carer visits and the care package allowed him to stay in his home, which he always wanted to do. I recommend Dignity Carers without any hesitation and would give six stars if possible.

The Dignity care team Have been exceptional in caring for my elderly mother. Their compassion, empathy and understanding of her needs came natural to them. Their level of training and depth of knowledge/ experience was invaluable and nothing was ever too much. My mother has now gone into full time care and If I could have had such people around her at home on a more regular basis she would have stayed at home and would undoubtedly always have been happy as the care team always seemed to be whatever the time of day. .
