Most of the carer's are very good just a shame they're managed by a idiot, who hasn't a clue, she expects them to be two places at once 12 miles apart. If you ring she's either in a meeting or out of the office. Managed by a imbecile. Social worker gave notice and instructed another company.

When I returned home I was in a very fragile state both mentally and physically but the carers at Advanced Care helped to pull me round. I have nothing but admiration for them. Yes like any care company they are sometimes a little late but I previously work in that field and there are at times extenuating circumstances and at the end of the day we need carers and I don't know what I would have done without them. On the rare occasion that I have needed to call the office I have only ever been given the best of service from all I have spoken to and I have always been treated with respect and dignity. So a massive thank you to all.

I was with the scare company many years ago and even though I didn’t have a bad experience with them back then. However one of the carers that was coming to my house to do my needs was friends with my husband. And when myself and my husband blow up, this carer who is friends of his had the idea that she could play God and start slagging me off on Facebook when my husband had put up a status about our separation. This said said that I was a horrible wife. I never try him right when she was here doing my care needs And she said she didn’t like the way him now this was never brought to my attention while she was working as a carer from this company coming to my home. So if one of you office staff read this all I say is that I hope she does not work with you anymore , and you know who I am on about when I say that she’s Polish and you sent her to my address most days.

Sadly, NOT a single good thing to say about this place.... Normally I try and find the good with establishments seeing as I work in hospitality myself, however this place is an exception to that rule..

Side but important note: VERY much a CONFLICT of interest seeing as the ONLY 5 star review is from someone who literally has the company in brackets in their name? So they either work either, or have a close member of their family that works there If you're going to do a fake review, try harder at least to make it more discreet....

Now, onto some issues with the care provided: some carers are obviously not interested in their job either; easily have the customer care skills, similiar to hugging a cactus.

The "official" linked website is flagging up as not secure website, aka google is literally advising not enter in any information as you run the risk of your info being stolen from hackers or similar dodgy people. Who on earth did you pay to provide a public sector business a website and it not even be secure?!?! Pay someone decent to sort it out for goodness sake...

Anyway, tell a white lie, there is something decent about this place. One of my family members only ever gets through to, who they believe is the same man who is on call all the time (well, every time they call anyway), and he does make them feel reassured about enquiring about their carers whereabouts etc.

The worst management team there is after what they did to us. They dropped my brother like a stone never even hat the decency to let us know they gave us two days to find another team of carers.l if you are unfortunate enough to need a carer for a loved one do not get in touch with these people or you will have the same treatment that we had we paid these people nearly three thousand a month as well

Worse care in the UK,had to get rid of them,they left my wife with no lights on for over 2 hours,paid for 30mins care stopped for about 15mins,once a carer got a key stuck in our door and there was a bill for £230 which they said they would pay and never did until I went to the hdm and they did a story which made this company look very bad,I wouldnt recommend this company if there was the last care place in the UK.void at all cost.
