I find this practice to be open to adopting technological changes to enhance the patient experience, having previously registered with two GP practices, one in Devon and one in London. When utilizing the online services of this practice, I typically receive a response on the same day. On one occasion, when I thought I had a serious medical issue, I was seen the next working day, and fortunately, it turned out to be a false alarm. Recently, when I called the practice during busier times, I was given the option to press ‘1’ for a callback, and I received a text message that allowed me to track my position in the callback queue. My GP (Dr Somerset) has shown empathy and a willingness to assist with the concerns I raised, and I have also found the receptionists to be kind. I understand that there is a nationwide shortage of GPs and nurses in practices, which often leads to an increased workload. However, it is encouraging to see the practice making efforts to improve patient access whenever possible.

The receptionists are always rude
Doctors are always late for their appointments
Most of the doctors are very dismissive and apathetic.
The worst instance of this led me to having an emergency surgery and being hospitalised for a week and when I have told the surgery this, they couldn't care less.
The doctors are not good for anyone with mental health issues or chronic disabilities.
This practice needs some major changes!

Finally after thinking oh no got to do on line after having to use the system I have found it very good so now embracing the way forward to get to see doctors/advice etc is very good

Awful , reception staff so so unhelpful esp one in particular ,she's so miserable, n rude .
I changed my surgery glad I did ,
Don't go here if u need a gp, useless n rude, unhelpful

This must be the worst GP surgery I have ever experienced.
Incompetent doesn't even come close. Any doctor that fails to provide the correct treatment for their patients needs retraining, the issue with this surgery that applies to most of the doctors.
I need to change for my future care, as I would not have them treat an animal.

Booked appointment online which was easy. Was then advised to book a gp appt which was all booked online. Had regularly reminders via sms. Then had a blood test and a GP ring me the following day with results. It’s hard to get help when you work full time so the online booking system was helpful.

When I came into the surgery, the staff were busy but it didn’t take long to log me in.

this center is some kind of misunderstanding, as always the doctor is late, second thing I have an MRI scan and the doctors don't know what's wrong with my leg, they send me from doctor to doctor, this has been going on for several months, this is a tragedy

As always everyone is friendly. I couldn't get a telephone appointment to speak to my GP but another doctor had a free face to face appointment today, so I accepted that.
Can not ask for more than that. Treated well by the members of the practice even though they must be run off their feet.
A well earned 5 stars!
