I would have rated 3-4 star experience. However, Florin and Abdel's exceptional service was truly outstanding, elevating our stay to a full 5 stars. Their helpfulness and genuine friendliness were remarkable, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Every request was handled with efficiency and a smile. Their dedication to guest service transformed what would have been an average stay into a truly memorable one.

A spacious hotel with good parking. The staff were all very helpful, although some of the systems for serving meals could be improved. The F & B team did their very best. Quality of food was generally very good. Rooms were clean with plenty of space. Storage was v limited: a small chest of drawers would really improve this, and there was plenty of room.. Decor was nice, but some parts were looking tires, especially the bathroom. Although we requested an accessible bathroom, there were none available. Bath seats and grab handles could easily be fitted/ made available..

Great welcome and pleasant helpful staff. |Warm swimming pool and clean towels. Great Evangelist conference led by JJohn and Philo Trust. Good food and good gluten-free and other dietary options. I did write to hotel management to ask they fit at least one EV charger for the future. To concluded clean rooms, Great staff and location.

I was here for a work related event and the staff were absolutely superb. The facilities are decent and we were throughly looked after ||Particularly, Aleksandra was one of the kindest, most accommodating people I’ve ever met. Incredibly personable and went out of her way to look after everybody from our organisation as well as our colleagues from our clients. She welcomed us every morning, made sure we were all well fed and brought us amazing cookies for snacks! ||P.S. - management should change that “interim” supervisor name tag she has. Don’t lose her

The entrance way took us by surprise as it was very grand. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very much appreciated and tasted great. There was a nice selection of continental breakfast available and, did I mention the staff were great? We will definitely be coming again.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, especially in the restaurant. Nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are well heated, comfortable and clean. Plenty of free parking. Genenerous breakfast and good coffee. Will definitely come here again.

I only used the conference room to as a blood donor. From what little experience I had, the hotel was clean tidy and the staff friendly and helpful. I did not have access to any rooms, ergo I am unable to review them.

This review is purely on the bar in the lobby. I was visiting guests not staying overnight.
I was really surprised by the food served here. Being a 4* hotel I was expecting good quality food especially for the price they were charging but I couldn't tell the difference between their fries and McDonald's fries, genuinely couldn't taste or see any difference. I'm still convinced they ordered it in and placed it in their fancy serving bowls. The pizza was delicious but again for the price it was very basic. The family ordered main meals but the presentation was awful and portion sizes really small. Side orders were cold when they shouldn't of been. It's definitely not worth what they are charging. Coffee machine was out of order as well. The staff were really friendly though and had smiles on their faces and that's the only reason I gave 3 stars but overall it was a disappointing experience and I won't be going back
