Would give 0 stars if I could. Rude and unhelpful staff. Can NEVER get an appointment, absolutely useless in terms of actually diagnosing any issues you may have and refuse to give referrals to actual doctors in hospitals. Waiting times for most treatments 12months+ and chuck you on general medication rather than actually helping. Could show up with a chest infection and they’d prescribe paracetamol and tell you to rest. Joke of a GP.

Professionalism, pseudo doctors left at the door of the clinic. Providing help to the sick, is only in a few cases fulfilled. Providing patients with life-saving medicines - according to the staff: what is it and what does it mean? I don't know if it is because of shortages or reluctance of doctors, it is so difficult to make an appointment with a doctor. Maybe clinics do not have access to Google and the doctor cannot Google the information. And some time ago I was full of hope regarding this clinic.

It was my first experience with this practice as I had just moved to this area. I had severe coughing continuously day and night, had high temperature, had no appetite and no sleep at all. After four days of my sickness, I took an appointment with the GP and explained my bad condition. She checked my breathing and asked few questions and advised to take paracetamol 4 times a day and told me that my coughing may end after 3 weeks and my high temperature will also go away after 7 days. I took paracetamol but it didn't affect me and my condition got worse. Anything I ate, I vomited that and had no sleep at all.
After bearing this condition foe another 2 days, I called 111 and they told me to take liquids and referred me to the GP. GP called me and I again explained my very bad condition and she calmly told me that it's a virus and she cannot prescribe antibiotics for me. She told me to take liquids and honey. That is it.
I beared this bad health condition for another 3 days and finally got shortage of breath and rushed to the emergency.
It was there that they started oxygen for me and diagnosed my sickness as chest infection. I was in hospital for 4 nights and they started antibiotics and treated me well. I am still under their monitor.
I am totally disappointed with this practice. The GP was really careless about the health of her patient and didn't know how to treat me.

Went to register with doctor surgery. got told they had places then they contacted us. to tell us we were on the wrong side of the road. I live on the weedon road.the same side is the Saint rugby club.if it was on the opposite side .we would have got in whot a joke ?

Absolutely disappointed in the service. When you are not feeling too well, don’t bother calling to get an appointment to see a doctor. You wouldn’t get any, at best a week later you may get a booking. My father did call, couldn’t get one and had to go to the Hospital non-urgent service to be seen. I can,t wait to switch surgery’s.

Kingsheath has the most friendly and helpful receptionists. But the cream dela cream of the surgery is Katie the menopause specialist nurse. She is the best, knowledgeable, friendly, compassionate, nurse I have ever met. Being a nurse myself I have nothing but zeal for her passion and knowledge in nursing and women's health. Menopause gals, Katie knows best. Because of her expertise with recommendation from Dr Chidi, God is helping me get my life again after terrible bout of perimenopause. Katie, I just have nothing but praise and admiration for you. I will not relent in my pursuit to be a practice nurse like you?. Kingsheath surgery Bravo. Katie has done you well. You deserve an award as the best surgery in the UK.

Husband just joined this surgery and was very impressed with staff and service he received yesterday. Nurse went out of her way to ensure he received all outstanding vaccinations and inoculations. Nurses at both King's Heath & Park Avenue clinics very helpful and professional.

Well have to say dr ramesh.not seen him for long time ..but the ladies on reception are fab x and my appointment with dr ramesh was amazing as i find it hard to explain .he didnt rush me .he explained what he thought and got the ball rolling what i had to do next with tests ..he was .so professional and let me waffle. Simply the best ?
