Had my ears cleaned for ears as always struggled from blocked ears. Jane is the best around. Really friendly and professional. Barely feel any uncomfortableness. Great price for both ears and was able to book within 2 days of experiencing hearing loss due to wax build up! Thanks Jane!

Wow, this lady, Jane deserves a medal ? ?
She is full of charisma, so welcoming and makes you feel totally relaxed and has the best interpersonal skills that I’ve ever come across ? in healthcare. Fully explains every little procedure and puts you at ease! This was my first time at the clinic and I feel a heck of a lot better already. My daughter who has anxiety also visits her yearly to have a declutter ? of wax and she always lifts her spirit and gives her confidence too. Can’t recommend this perfectly skilled lady enough.

Jane is absolutely brilliant, can't recommend enough. Was recommended by a friend a while back and haven't looked back since. Jane is very welcoming and a lovely person that makes sure you're comfortable and explains everything she's going to do and even shows you on the screen with a tiny camera. Like I say cannot recommend enough.

Just got back from having my ears done, and wow what a difference, I cannot believe how bad they were and how quick and easy the procedure was considering. I also want to say a massive thank you to Jane who made me feel soo welcome and at ease the minute I walked through the door. Jane was soo gentle, caring and attentive, such a lovely lady I cannot thank you enough! I will definitely be recommending my friends to get booked in ?

I was recommended to go and see Jane by a work colleague, after the GP told me I needed my ear’s syringed. My appointment with the GP was over a week away so I went to Jane to see if she could help sooner. The first time the wax was too impacted and hard and we had no success but Jane recommended me some new drops which I went away to use and then came back a few days later and she worked a miracle!!!! After not being able to hear for over a week and being in agony (not helped by an infection behind), as soon as Jane succeeded I had immediate relief from the pain and I could hear again!! I couldn’t recommend Jane any more, she is excellent and a lovely person too. Will definitely be going back if I have any more problems, and will bin the cotton buds too!! 11/10

Jane is fabulous! She treated my mother yesterday. As I watched intently she took the time to explain everything to mum what would happen before doing it, making sure at every stage that my mum understood. This definitely helped put mum at ease. The difference that the micro suctioning made was immediate as I could see the delight in mum’s face.(my dad was also pleased as he doesn’t have to repeat himself quite so much).Thank you Jane from me my mum. Ohh and dad!
