My baby and i have just completed a wonderful 10 week baby massage course with Hannah and we both loved it. Hannah made the class feel so welcoming from the start. Every week she taught us ways to help with colic, reflux and more and we completed the course with reflexology techniques that have been invaluable during my sons first 6 months of life ? Thank you Hannah. You were great!

Loved our baby massage class. Hannah was amazing! She explained the details of why we were doing each massage and how it would help the babies. We became like a little support group, all chatting about our highs and lows and making sure each of us were heard 🙂

We completed Hannah’s baby massage course in Chingford and really looked forward to attending every week. The course was a welcoming and safe space to be with baby and also connect with other mums - so needed in those newborn days! Hannah is a great teacher and always made everyone feel completely at ease. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful course! Thank you so much Hannah for our baby yoga for both mum and baby. My son absolutely loved it, we both did, coming each week and learning new moves and songs to try at home - a great way to spend time with your baby whilst giving yourself time for stretches and strength exercises, and a really fun and a lovely way to meet people. Hannah was such a great instructor - so welcoming, helpful, friendly and fun. Couldn't recommend it more!

Hannah is a great instructor! She is very friendly and accommodating. As a FTM I was very nervous attending a class with baby but this was just perfect to help me get out of the house and meet other new local mums. The class is fun and really nice way to bond with baby

We had such a great time on the Baby Massage & Reflexology Course with Hannah in Buckhurst Hill!
She’s super friendly and knowledgable and we picked up lots of tips & hacks. The classes were baby led so we could feed and change throughout without missing out on anything. Great opportunity to meet other local mums too! Can’t wait to start her Baby Yoga classes!

We recently took Hannah’s baby yoga class and loved it! For me, it made sure I did some valuable stretches (I didn’t even realise I needed them until we did them!) and helped me start a gentle reintro to movement and recovery with some ideas on how to fit it in with a FOMO baby! My little one loved it even more - all the songs, movement and especially watching Hannah! He had his best naps after the class so well worth it for the good sleep too. Would highly recommend the class and Hannah as instructor!
