Great reflexology experience.
Amy makes you feel relaxed and at ease in her studio at home. She has a jolly demeanour which adds to the calming environment.
She comes across as super knowledgeable in her field and is genuinely passionate across the wellness space .
Sadly I don’t live in the area and won’t be able to use Amy on a regular basis but can definitely recommend her services based on my one appointment.

I visited perfect balance this week and it was my first experience of reflexology. Amy couldn’t have been more welcoming and friendly, putting me at ease instantly. She is incredibly knowledgeable and at our first consultation I felt like she really listened and took my needs on board.
I had the divine balance treatment and it was heaven. As well as being incredibly relaxing, Amy was able to give me insight at the end of the session on my body which was spot on.
She also followed up with personalised information on what we discussed which is really usual.
