This Drs Surgery, and all the staff, that work in it, could not be more helpful, more empathetic, and kinder when dealing with patients.

I could not do their job, I could not put up with some of the abuse (I have witnessed), the shortage of staff and Drs, whilst having to deal with complex and life-threatening presentations.

I am not suggesting that they get everything right every day. But I have been with this practice for 16 years, and they have never let me down. Thank you
