I have been with this dentist for years and I can honestly say the dentist I am under now is amazing. When I normally have treatment I normally have to have my whole mouth numbed due to my sensitivity but the last two times I have been I haven't needed an injection. I would highly recommend my dentist as he explains everything and is a credit to the practice.

Visiting this local dentistry over the last 50 odd years has been my fortune to owning good teeth. At 81 I can honestly say how thankful I am, at all times how well I have been cared for by all staff members. From the front desk receptionist curtious helpful assistants, through to the dentist practitioner. PB

We were referred to this dental practice for dental trauma by 111 and I am so happy we were. Dr Charlotte gave my parter excellent care. We felt really well looked after and very well informed throughout the process. The reception staff and dental nurse were so lovely and caring too. Thank you so much!

Pathetic experience, firstly, doctor is not interested in tratment and asked not possible to remove teeth so I asked them to refer for dental surgery and they said they will refer it but they didn't . So why you take Patients if you are not interested in . Totally agree with others bad review. They won't take 111 patients seriously just earning money. Went to other service via 111 and treated well as well as refered for further processing

Managed to get an appointment to see a dentist at this practice. Dentist didn't want to remove a painful tooth because it would take too long. They are supposed to treat each 111 patient with the treatment they need. As I have since been seen by another dentist with another 111 appointment and they informed me that bishops worth dentist should have gave me the treatment I was sent for. Totally unacceptable service received from this practice!!!

Avoid this surgery at all costs. They will make you pay in advance then cancel your appointments numerous times then when you finally see a dentist they won’t be qualified to do any of the repairs you need and none of their equipment works. They will then just brush you off, refuse to give you further appointments and leave you worse off (medically and financially) than you started. They don’t respond to your phonecalls or emails they will simply discharge you. Worst service I’ve ever experienced in all my life. Incompetent, disorganised and rude. Just avoid them no matter how desperate you are.

I had an emergency dental treatment here yesterday. I was in a lot of pain before and quite anxious. The dentist was very thorough and reassuring. He also made sure I had the information needed to arrange follow up care at a regular dentist. I left happy and pain free!

Hi , if ever having 2x teeth extracted could be a nice experience then this was it !! From the friendly, helpful ladies on reception to the dental nurse and my dentist cosima who all provided a first class service and aftercare , thank you to you all ?
