I was attended to by Mrs. Laura at reception, who discriminated against me. She has already been reported to the NHS. Maybe one day she can improve this mediocre service. I can't make an appointment, she cancels the appointments,Scheduled without authorization.This needs to be reported to Bristol council and Citizens Advice. Employee without any motivation to work and serve the public.

This place disgust me. I have just overheard a conversation my partner had with reception and the way she spoke to her was terrible. Every sentence was cut short and my partner was interrupted several times by the dull tone of someone who clearly has no interest in their job. I have lost track at how many times my partner has cried over this doctors surgery. From not wanting to help/ fobbing her off, making her feel like she’s faking it or accusing her of wanting painkillers. Obviously the NHS is under immense pressure but it does not hurt to have conversational skills, especially if you’re a receptionist……

Absolute shower...condescending, obstructive, arrogant, uncaring, unprofessional and dismissive. And that's the doctors...if you can even get past the 'gatekeeper ' receptionists. Oh, and don't even think of saying anything, or you're out

Joined having been forced too by previous gp practice , first appointment , the Dr feels the need too be stopping vitally important medications whilst trying too slowly remove vital pain relief medications, will definitely be switching GP surgery once more , unbelievably disgusting treatment ov myself Thankfully i have switched surgery , absolutely disgusting treatment n would recommend everyone stay WELL AWAY Rotten surgery inside out needs too b revamped n restarted afresh

To leave feedback you need to give a star, unfortunately you can't give your opinion without a star. That's why I personally wouldn't give any and I don't recommend this GP. We rarely get sick, but now how I was treated and how they treated my children is discrimination, I was told we wouldn't get antibiotics and the children were sent home with a fever of 39, according to the doctor it's nothing and he didn 't order any tests for the rash and said he couldn't  give a diagnosis and we're supposed to go home. I asked for an appointment for 3 weeks, and for an antibiotic for 2 weeks. All I was offered was a phone call and no prescription. Finally, at the hospital, they admitted my children and got antibiotics. I have been thinking for a long time whether to write reviews, but next time, or for messages to other mothers, ask in writing that they do not want to accept you and refuse the prescription, because this is confirmation for us, for customers, that we have not been helped, and then  we can complain and go to up with this.

Absolutely no chance of getting a appointment, "sorry all gone". Filled out a E form to forward book an appointment and received a message back that made no sense as they obviously don't read the message just scan through it.

Bad experience for a mum has down syndrome son..I know we're late 5min for our appointment but prior that I called the reception to let them know that we are walking on the way there my son struggling to walk because his inpain somwehere and I cannot say where is the pain cause he cant talk.when we get there obviosly were late but still they wont let us see the doctor...Rubbish right..whats the point to inform them ahead that were late if still wont let the gp see us..Then if we arrived ontime how many minutes waiting 30minutes onwards...Yeah its fine to wait to be called for couples of minutes but is not good your late for 5minutes...?

Doctors don't listen to you I've not been asleep for 6 nights now .I'm fo I g 111 to c if hospital will help as this gps don't They let u stay awake don't tell u there dropping ur muscle relaxation tabs again leaves with no sleep can't walk and they keep asking me to go in when I say I can't possibly get there.ill take wat I got Thinking of buy some crack and it go's fast as won't let me sleep
