I think this GP is so bad... the children are sick, have fevers, rashes, itching. Every time I call to make an appointment to see the doctor, they don't make an appointment while the children have a fever all night... but what do you say? 4 Call back to see if you can schedule an appointment? The staff on the phone was very impolite while I was talking, saying hello and shutting down.. I wonder why the review here is 3.3 which is not wrong at all... I think the manager is responsible for making adjustments. Again, what's the point: when a child has a fever, you call today without making an appointment and then show up again on Wednesday to make an appointment to find out if they'll let you see you or not? This is the first GP office I've ever seen that's so bad. …this is not the first time but many times I made an appointment for my son and it was like this…on the 4th day I called again and could not make an appointment…the gp is the family doctor but this is gp too is the worst I have booked for my family…

Have had the same ear infection for 6 months on and off. Been given atleast 4 different sprays and drops. None of which completely solved the issue. Last time I went back for an appointment I was prescibed an over the counter ear spray that didnt help at all.
Lazy and incompetent staff + Always busy.
Avoid if you can

This GP has been a horrific experience. They’ve put false information in my file that has prevented me from receiving care. Total lack of communication about why or even that my referrals were being rejected. Will not prescribe anything and even blocked a prescription put in by a private Gp I went to. Do not go to this GP. I have lost literally all faith in getting anything from them and because of the false information in my file, I will likely be blocked from care even when I’m able to get a new GP.

Unfortunately I had the worst experience today with this GP. I have been with them for 7 years and they used to be really good. But today, I am shaken by the lack of compassion and interest of the staff who receives and triaged the request.
I had 3 surgeries in the last 4 weeks and was admitted to A&E after the 2nd one with haemorrhaging, had to have another surgery and blood transfusion. They discharged me with the wrong amount of medication. I contacted the GP to get the missing dose, they brushed me off twice, the lady I spoke to lacked compassion about my situation. Refused to help me. I had anxiety all day thinking I won’t be able to get my medication and would start bleeding again as the hospital was not responding either. After submitting the online request 3 times and after my friend called them to explain my situation I was able to get past the people at the reception and finally got a response from the doctor himself who was able to prescribe me the missing dose.

Tracy on reception was super helpful and proactive, as was the GP team, in allowing me to sort out a minor (but urgent) matter with regards to my elderly dads health. I understand being the GP receptionist can be a thankless task especially with the strain that the NHS is under so I wanted to give a personal note of appreciation for their stellar work today!

Avoid at all costs!! Called on Monday and was told they had reached their capacity, after I had to tell receptionist my personal reasons why I needed to speak to a gp, so I would get a call back today which was verified via text message confirming the call back. I called at 5:15 today and was told gp had gone home and my call back will be tomorrow. Unbelievably unprofessional and incompetent staff , I have actually heard them talking loudly about patients
I recently lost my mum to liver cancer(she didn't drink) due to their negligence and she couldn't get an appointment or home visit even though they knew she could hardly walk due to severe pain and massively swollen legs and feet. My mum had all early warning signs of liver cancer and no one picked up on it , I found the warning signs on Google in 5 minutes and not one gp picked up on it with all their medical degrees. I've told them that I am taking it to a solicitor as its unacceptable to just let patients die due th their age and gp incompetence. I don't expect this to be posted as I've tried 4 times previously to post.
We'll soon see

Really poor service from the reception staff for my partner, he is registered at this practice and it is very terrible, receptionist think its ok to give out medical advice and stating no GP at practice is very concerning, I did state that is actually not acceptable there must always be a GP on site during opening hours of the practice.
One particular receptionist name starting with 'M' don't want to state her name on here, was extremely rude and when she passed the phone over her to other receptionist she decided to all be rude very childish behaviour and not professional. Its actually very sad that patients who are genuinely not feeling well have to deal with such unprofessional behaviour. I hope this gets seen my the Partnership and PM and gets addressed promptly.

Best Medical Practice in London. I have been going here for about a year now. They staff are so friendly and really care. Dr Alexander has helper resolve all of my medical complaints in that time. I was previously at St Stephens for 20 years and they didn’t acknowledge any of my medical needs. My health suffered greatly under their lack of care.
