Absolutely miserable experience and I do recommend avoiding at all costs.

They are clearly unable to work with customers with impairments that prevent phone use. They have continued to call me, even when my email signature and outgoing phone message explicitly states that text-based communication is required. This would be frustrating if I was dealing with a different pharmacist each time, but it was the same 2-3 people who clearly were never going to learn how to adapt to working with customers with disabilities like mine.

There is no dashboard to order either, so orders that I was told I could do through email were challenged at every single point of order until I reminded them that I had an active prescription available and to please just let me pay for it. The last order attempt they simply ignored (rather than telling me that I needed to talk to my doctor, as they had every time until I reminded them that my doctor had a prescription in for me), until the 28 days had lapsed and I needed to get a new prescription.

When they did get around to sending me the invoice - which says that it would be shipped that day if paid for before 16:00 (I paid in the morning) - they did not do so, telling me the next day that it was because the order was being split up due to availability. My doctor/clinic had marked my prescription request as urgent, yet that didn't seem to factor in for them at all - I was never offered the option to split up the prescriptions in that order, which would seem to be an obvious thing to bring up for a pharmacy that received an order marked as "urgent".

I have a number of disabilities that I was prescribed some fairly "heavy" medications for, and have elected to reduce those stronger medications once CBM became an option. CBM has been life-saving for me, as it enables me to eat, sleep, and focus on something other than pain and sensory overload during the day. In the two months I've been with them, I have been repeatedly let down, to the point that I am not able to effectively mitigate my health issues at present, so these last two weeks I've basically had to have my life on hold while I wait to have enough relief to function.

I was with Curaleaf for 3 years and switched only because there was starting to be a decrease in quality (as others have experienced). I was not expecting to have to switch to a different pharmacy again after only two months, but here we are.

I would recommend you ask your clinic doctor to use these as your preferred pharmacy. Their range of medications is brilliant. They act fast when they receive your prescription and will notify you if there will be any delays. The customer service is great and staff are very friendly and helpful if you have any questions.

A highly unreliable and impersonal pharmacy.

In my experience they are more likely to treat you like a source of income than they are to treat you like a patient who deserves some dignity and/or a reliable service.

It's incredible how the private sector can suck the joy out of anything. Cannabis now actually makes me sad though, simply because it reminds me I'm going to have to deal with IPS again soon.

I can only hope that cannabis prescriptions will be available from ordinary chemists/pharmacies in the near future and that companies like this won't have any great impact on the UK cannabis industry over the long-term.

Until then I'm pretty much stuck with them due to a lack of better and/or more afforable options.

Absolutely the best pharmacy I've dealt with yet. Even when there has been a problem they were straight onto me and give me the chance to get the prescription changed or wait on stock. Staff also very pleasant and helpful.

I have 2 types of medicine one was not in stock so instead of sending me whats in stock at the time this dispensary makes patients go with out medicine for days even when have half your medicine in stock as the fact its going to cost them twice to post which is not my fault as a patient so spoke with nisha an explained thats not good enough as dispensary has never treated me so bad in two plus years but she was not botherd even after telling her you sent two diffrent parcels last month..NO PATIENT CARE WHAT SO EVER JUST TOLD ITs THE WAY IT IS AFTER THEY HAD 405 POUND OF MY MONEY AN THE PRESRIPTION FROM MY DOCTORS nothing more a patient can do!!

Very very good customer service! Went the extra mile to make sure my prescription was fulfilled and they come across as genuinely caring about their patients. Highly recommend to anyone who is struggling and "conventional" medication hasn't worked.
