I would highly recommend AD Wellness! I’ve been going to see Ankita for a year and a half for both pregnancy and postpartum aches and pains and have found the treatment to be exceptional. Ankita is really knowledgeable and helpful and unlike other practitioners I’ve seen in the past, she isn’t pushy or judgmental and really encourages you to listen to your body. Ultimately, I find she provides me with exercises and information so that I can manage my symptoms and I arrange to see her when I need that extra support. She’s great and I’d suggest booking an appointment!

Ankita is a very professional and proficient Osteopath. Having visited her for physio 4 times for a rotary cuff injury, and adhered to regular exercise regimes, my ailment has improved no end. She has helped me with shoulder, arm and back pain too and its always a pleasure to receive treatment as its a lovely chat and gentle but effective osteopathy.
