Had our bunnies vaccinated with them earlier this week and the staff couldn't have been better! Joined the healthy pet club and came away with two bags of great quality hay that my buns love and some goodie bags with some well loved toys! Will definitely keep using this vet in the future

I found Coastline to be excellent both for my pet and giving me the best advice on how to care for her. I've had to leave them to sign up with a practice closer to home otherwise I would have stayed with them. I found them excellent in every way. Would thoroughly recommend. Can't say much as my elderly cat Summer, only went twice, the second time sadly to be euthanized. The vet concerned was very understanding and checked her over to help me make the final decision. I thank him for that

I am absolutely disgusted at the blunt phone call i have just received from Coastline vets
We have been coming to you with our dog Jaxson since he was a puppy for which we have been told with his health issues that there is nothing that can be done to fix his elbows and all you could do was keep him on anti inflammatories until the time came to put him to sleep. We went for a second opinion at another practise because we want to be able try and offer our dog a better outcome to his life, which was a one off and we were planning on continuing on getting Jaxson seen with you in the future. In the past we been happy with the service received at your practice but because we went for a opinion elsewhere we have now been told that our Jaxson cannot been seen by your practise anymore! And might i add in a very abrupt rude manner. Absolutely awful way for a business to treat a customer after all the times we have been to see you

Unfortunately I cannot recommend Coastline, over the past 2 years my dog has struggled with ear problems, we were given the same drug almost every single time with ear cleaner , no investigation was suggested until recently. Another thing worth noting , almost every single time we would visit we would get a different vet , never the same one twice (maybe once ). We recently visited a different vets and they have found out the problem already and my dog is much much better .

I feel we had no duty of care to our dog.

On the positive however, the staff at the desk are wonderful and very professional.
